You will always be accompanied by a Tierraventura guide. We offer tours in English, Spanish, German, and French.
I love that direction. Reading both sections together, Tierraventura already feels active, practical, and adventure-oriented — while Tierra Sagrada could lean more into presence, relationship, respect, and experience rather than “service” language.

Traditional Indigenous medicine in Mexico is a living body of wisdom that has been cultivated and passed down through generations.
It understands health as a relationship between body, mind, spirit, community, and the natural world.
Different traditions work with medicinal plants, ritual cleanses, ancestral massage techniques, prayer, steam baths, sacred calendars, and — in some cases — ceremonial plant work. The intention is not only to address symptoms, but to restore balance, connection, and harmony.

This depends on the experience.
Some offerings are held by one guide, while others may bring together different practitioners, each carrying their own tradition, medicine, and way of working.
We carefully create each experience with respect for both the people sharing their knowledge and the needs of each guest.
